Events and attractions for all ages
This week, The Festival of Curiosity in Dublin invites the whole family to experience a four day cultural feast of science, arts, design and technology. Celebrating its seventh anniversary, the festival takes place from Thursday, 18th of July to Sunday, 21st of July across Dublin City Centre.
The Festival of Curiosity is splitted into Playful Days and Curious Nights. By day, it offers fun activities from bubble shows, puppetry, cardboard carnivals and using vertical dance to train like an astronaut to exploding science shows to curious trails, paper crafting, prototyping and family safaris.
A brand new addition is the World Explorers Family Stage that showcases the world's most famous explorers, such as paleontologist and Jurassic Park science adviser Jack Horner as well as the two National Geographic Explorer Dr. Tierney Thys (oceanographer) and Dr. Kakani Katija (bioengineer).
