President Obama gets a portrait from Romero Britto before leaving the White House
The Brazilian artist portrayed the US President next to his wife Michelle.
President Obama got a gift from Brazilian artist Romero Britto before leaving the White House - a portrait of him and Michelle Obama with the colorful and vibrant neo-pop Britto's well-known design.
The work was delivered to the president by Brendan Britto, son of Romero that justified his absence due a full agenda of commitments in Europe. In his Instagram account Romero posted this moment as a historical one:
Four months ago, the USA Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, also received a gift from the Brazilian painter.
