Lisa Marie Presley's death was announced January 12th, shortly after it was confirmed the singer had been taken to hospital following a cardiac arrest.
Following Lisa Marie Presley’s public memorial that took place on Sunday, Priscilla Presley has expressed her gratitude for the support after her daughter’s death.
In a statement on Twitter, the American actress acknowledged how “difficult” the past weeks had been, but stated that the global love and support “makes a difference”.

The singer-songwriter was remembered at a public memorial service at Elvis' Graceland mansion in Memphis, Tennessee.

The only daughter of Elvis, Lisa Marie Presley's death shocked the world after her passing was announced January 12th following a cardiac arrest, aged 54.
