Ahead of the regional tour, Kojaque will headline Dublin's Artists Against Homelessness event on April 17 – the artist also curated the night. Having spoken about the issue of homelessness in Ireland on his debut LP, Town's Dead, his involvement with the fund raiser is a personal step towards enacting change.

"The issue of homelessness in Ireland is one that simply shouldn’t exist and can be prevented with the right intervention from government," said Kojaque in a statement. "However, it’s not something that I have felt is in the interest of our government, which is why charities like Focus Ireland and events such as this one are so important. They offer hope to those most in need of it."
Kojaque was recognised at this year's Choice Music Prize for the debut, where he also gave a performance of the title track before diving into the poignant 'No Hands'. Read the full Hot Press live report, here.
On June 4, Kojaque will be one of the featured performers in Phoenix Park at the Forbidden Fruit Festival. Other top billings include Lorde, Smoothboi Ezra and The Avalanches.
Since 2015, the Dubliner has steadily gained traction in both the Irish and International music scene. His production styles, adept visuals and biting lyrics have all made him one to watch in Irish rap. His previous work – most prominently 2018's Deli Daydreams – focuses on showcasing life as a modern Dubliner.
In the aforementioned concept EP, Kojaque slides into the shoes of a deli worker. Loaded with heartbreak, tenderness, shifting views of masculinity and loneliness, the collection of songs clinched Kojaque yet another Choice Music Prize nomination.
