The U.K. indie-rock outfit are reunited and ready to perform for this summer's Bulmers Secret Orchard Live at Leopardstown Racecourse.
Razorlight have been announced as one of the four headlining acts for this year’s Bulmers Secret Orchard Live at Leopardstown Racecourse. The summer-long festival will make its long-awaited return for the first time since 2019, with Razorlight scheduled to perform on Thursday, July 21.
After a temporary remodel which gave the world 2018’s Olympus Sleeping, the London outfit’s original lineup is once more reunited following last year’s Twitter announcement, which read, “Johnny, Carl, Björn and Andy are back together in Razorlight.”
After a 10-year hiatus, Johnny, Carl, Björn and Andy are back together in Razorlight.

Andy Burrows is thrilled to return to the stage alongside his reconnected band, with the drummer stating, “It feels incredible. We've spent the past week or two rehearsing. Playing these songs has been an absolute joy.”
Frontman Johnny Borrell, whose astounding vocal delivery never left Razorlight, backed up the excitement surrounding the original band’s reunion. “I'm enjoying it because you never want to lose friends…It definitely feels good to me on a personal level,” Borrell said, adding, “On a creative level - amazing.”

Borrell shared that the four-piece have already flocked to the studio to rehearse for the event, which he feels, “just sounds amazing, straight away.” It seems Razorlight will be digging out favourites from their archives, which does little to narrow down the possible setlist: the group released three studio albums, Up All Night (2004), the self-titled Razorlight (2006), and Slipway Fires (2008), before their split in 2010.
One can only assume (and cross their fingers) that the setlist will feature their sophomore album’s most recognizable track, ‘America,’ as Burrows described a mixup during recent studio rehearsals. “When we started playing 'America', I forgot to play the first half of the song - it was totally nuts,” he joked.
There are a variety of ticket options for Bulmers Secret Orchard Live, such as the best-value €43 ‘Summer Sizzler,’ which includes admission to the races and concert, a Bulmers or soft drink, plus extra vouchers for food and merch. Browse ticket options here.
