Minding Creative Minds are encouraging members of Ireland's creative sector to register for their first monthly meet-and-greet session of 2023, taking place on Monday, January 30, at 7pm.

The monthly meet-ups, which take place over Zoom, offer a space to gather information about the organisation and its services, as well as a space to share advice with peers in the creative sector.

“As we enter the third full year of our online monthly meet ups, we look forward to welcoming again all of your familiar faces on January 30th and indeed to welcoming new visitors who will, we hope, also become familiar faces amongst us," says Dave Reid, the founder of Minding Creative Minds. "We have many plans for this new year and look forward to sharing these with you over the coming weeks and months. While our monthly online meet ups will remain, we also look forward to meeting more people in person as we work to increase our number of in person events across the country, this year also.”

Those attending the meeting set the agenda – with participants encouraged to write the particular subject they would like to address in the registration form.

Minding Creative Minds is Ireland's first 24/7 support and wellbeing programme for the Irish creative sector, including the 32 counties of Ireland and the Irish overseas. Their services can now be contacted by texting ‘Hi’ to 087 369 0010 for SMS and WhatsApp support (standard rate applies) with a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor.

They now offer a 12-session counselling model to the entire Irish creative sector. Through this increase from short-term intervention to medium-term care, they hope to support even more people over a longer period. The free service is available 24/7.
