All 10-episode of the series will be available for members to stream world-wide from May 24
The series explores the knock-on effect of what happens when acceptable people do unacceptable things. The Bridgit Jones actress embodies Anne, a mysterious woman who makes a lucrative but morally dubious offer to a pair of struggling newlyweds. Anne is the mastermind leading a game shrouded in mystery.
“What if I made you an offer too extraordinary to refuse?”, purrs a sultry Zellweger in the teaser trailer. “For anything, and anyone, to be yours for the taking. The players are all arranged. What would you risk for a chance to have it all?”. Every season will be centred around a morality tale and the idea that one decision can alter a person’s entire life.
This series marks Zellweger’s first leading television role. The actress who is best-known for her starring roles in Jerry Maguire, Miss Potter and the Bridgit Jones franchise appears alongside Jane Levy, Blake Jenner and Keith Powers.
