Richard Dawkins - one of the most respected scientists and thinkers of our time - is to embark on a new tour which includes two Irish shows.
On Friday, 15th November, Dawkins will host a show at The Helix Dublin, followed by an evening at Belfast's Ulster Hall on Sunday, 17th November.
The world renowned evolutionary biologist and best-selling author of such landmark books as The Selfish Gene, The God Delusion and Unweaving The Rainbow has earned millions of admirers and an ocean of enthusiasm - from both academic and cultural circles - through his passion for the wonders of science and the vital importance of reason.
He now takes to the road this Autumn with An Evening With Richard Dawkins and Friends, hosting discussion at venues across the US, UK and Europe. On stage, Dawkins and several special guests will connect with audiences in unscripted conversations covering topics from science to religion, life on earth and beyond.

Audiences can also expect to hear first-hand about Dawkins' forthcoming book The Genetic Book of the Dead - in which the British biologist delves into the transformative potential of DNA in our understanding of evolution.
