Following sold-out summer seasons in 2023 and 2022 and hugely successful tours in North America, the UK, Europe, Dubai and Jordan, the international sensation Riverdance will return to the Gaiety Theatre Dublin from June 5th to September 8th 2024.
The international super hit Riverdance is set to return yet again Dublin, this time in a series of summer shows at the Gaiety Theatre.
Ever since Riverdance premiered on our TV screens almost 30 years ago, it has captivated audiences and reimagined Irish dancing, revolutionising Irish dance from an embarrassing historical relic to a fully blown international dance phenomenon.
The new production of Riverdance will see the show completely reimagined in what has been billed as "a powerful and stirring reinvention" of the global phenomenon.
Celebrated for its Grammy Award-winning score , Riverdance has been seen by over 30 million people, in over 15,000 shows across 49 countries spread over six continents.
For this iteration of the legendary Irish dance show composer Bill Whelan has rerecorded his mesmerising soundtrack while producer Moya Doherty and director John McColgan have completely reimagined the show with new lighting, projection, stage, and costume designs.

The 2024 summer season will also include a Riverdance Sensory Friendly Show, which will take place at the Gaiety Theatre on Sunday 23 June at 1pm. The Sensory Friendly show welcomes everyone to experience Riverdance in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Tickets for the Riverdance VIP Experience are now also on sale. This is an exclusive event where patrons gain early entry to the show and meet with the Riverdance lead dancers and members of the cast. It runs each Tuesday, Friday and Saturday at 6.30pm. Tickets are €99. (plus booking fees)
Riverdance at the Gaiety Theatre will take place from June 5th - September 8th. Tickets start at €25. Performances will take place each Tuesday to Saturday at 7.30pm, Sunday at 5pm. Saturday matinee at 3.30pm.
