Some of Ireland's finest are also set to record a charity single, ahead of the Rock Against Homelessness show, which is set for the Olympia Theatre in April.
Rock Against Homelessness returns to the Olympia Theatre this April 23. The annual concert raises funds in aid of Focus Ireland, which works tirelessly to combat homelessness in Ireland.
This year, Camille O'Sullivan is headlining the concert, along with her band and some special guests. One of the most dramatic, and evocative, performers in Ireland, Camille has a career which stretches back over 20 years: a superb singer, she has consistently been at the forefront of Irish live music.
The jam-packed line-up also includes Natty Wailer - singer, musician and song writer who rehearsed, recorded and toured with the legend that is Bob Marley and the Wailers; legendary Irish singer Tommy Fleming; and The Celtic Tenors.
On top that, Ireland's most beloved musician-entertainer Jerry Fish will be "doing something with his circus gang", while Game of Thrones' and Peaky Blinders' star Aidan Gillen is going to perform too.
As if that weren't enough, MTV's Laura Whitmore will be MC-ing on the night, and more acts will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

IN DREAMS
Rock Against Homelessness also shares another surprise for us this afternoon. Ahead of the event, Camille and Aidan will be recording 'In Dreams', by Roy Orbison, in Windmill Lane Recording Studios tomorrow, March 6, for a special CD and vinyl release that will be sold at the show on April 23, with the cash raised also going to Focus Ireland.
The track is being produced by Damien Dempsey man, John Reynolds, and Camille and Aidan will be performing the song on the Ray Darcy Show on RTÉ television on Saturday, March 23.
The tickets are on sale this Friday, priced 35 Euros.
ROCK AGAINST HOMELESSNESS
The concert series is currently its the fourth year. “Homelessness in Ireland is still a disgrace, worse than ever,” says concert organiser and Sunday Independent journalist Barry Egan. “As well as raising money for Focus, concerts like this help to keep the issue in people’s minds. We really need to keep the pressure on."
Last year, Imelda May, Dermot Kennedy and Wyvern Lingo headlined the Rock Against Homelessness event at the Olympia. The Boomtown Rats, Glen Hansard, Paul Brady, Finbar Furey and The Stypres did it the year before in 2017. And in 2016, Camille performed with Hamsandwich, Roisin O, Mundy, Declan Lunny and Le Galaxie, with Laura Whitmore as MC.
