Share a photo in your favourite Irish band t-shirt!
In the face of event cancellations and heavy duty social restrictions, these are unprecedented and extraordinarily difficult times for the Irish music industry and in particular for Irish musicians. As such, there's never been a more important time to celebrate – and support – the rich and diverse talent on offer across Ireland's music community.
While the country is on lockdown, we've been providing a platform for Irish musicians with the Hot Press Lockdown Sessions, with the support of Grace O'Malley Whiskey. Now we're launching a new campaign, #HotPressMyLovelyTshirt – encouraging music fans across the country, and beyond, to show their support for Irish music in a different way. Whether you're in Sydney, Seattle or Skibbereen, you're equally welcome. The only common denominator required is that is has to be a piece of Irish music garb you're wearing!
To get involved, simply share a fun photo of yourself wearing your favourite Irish band or artist t-shirt, with the hashtag #HotPressMyLovelyTshirt. If you already have a retro photo you love, feel free to dig that out too!

We want to encourage everyone who loves Irish music to spread the message to friends and followers far and wide, across any form of social media. Although we can't be together at gigs, we hope #HotPressMyLovelyTshirt can spread some much-needed positivity during these uncertain times – as well as encouraging people to continue supporting their favourite artists by buying merch – of any and every kind.
So start sharing your #HotPressMyLovelyTshirt photos now across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram – and don't forget to tag us! We can't wait to see your photos!
