Suicide Squad is Getting an Extended Cut
Amanda Waller will probably explain why the girl with the baseball bat is supposed to be a deterrent against metahumans.
Earlier this year, Batman V Superman released to negative reviews, earning both money and scorn, before an extended cut was released to home media, making the film slightly less incoherent. History repeats with Suicide Squad, a movie that starred Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and some other people and Jai Courtney.
The new cut features 13 minutes of new footage, which is about long enough to add a scene or two. Those of you out there who are dying to rewatch the movie can look for a digital release 28 November, followed by 4K, 3D Blu-ray, Blu-Ray, and DVD this 5 December.
