Pavel Barter takes a look at some of the rumoured released on the smartphones front.
Some fantastic phones have spilled off the production lines this year. We’ve had the Huawei P20 Pro, OnePlus 6, and HTC’s U12+. Our top pick is the Samsung Galaxy S9, which sports one of the best cameras on the market. When it comes to value for money, we recommend Nokia 7 Plus. But 2018 is not over yet and a number of delectable handhelds are still due. Samsung is planning a comeback with the Galaxy Note 9, which according to rumour will have a Bluetooth-enabled stylus pen, enabling music features with a tap.
Motorola is releasing its Moto Z3 Play, which has a 6”, 18:9 display, dual camera set up, and a Snapdragon 636 chip. Sony has launched its top range Xperia XZ2 Premium, a phone with a 4K screen, costing $1,000 in the U.S., that may reach our shores later in the year.
