17-year-old Irish-Nigerian artist Temi NLA has announced his debut headline show at The Sound House, taking place this Saturday (February 18th).
The Dublin-born musician (real name Christian Temitope Elliot) will perform alongside some very special guests at the all ages show, with under 14s accompanied by an adult.
The up-and-coming artist hails from northeast inner city Dublin, having been raised with hip-hop and R&B as his inspirations growing up. Temi initially started his music career by producing beats for friends, until lockdown convinced him that his passion lies on stage.
Temi NLA - meaning Temi the Great - comes from his African name, Temitope, of his father’s Yoruba tribe in Nigeria.
In the last 12 months, Temi has unveiled captivating singles form 'Kiss and Tell', 'The Same' and 'Monsters in my Head' to his most hypnotic recent offering, 'Never Win'. Armed with compelling, raw vocals and beats oozing in dancefloor magic and R&B soul, Temi is destined for the limelight.
