Becoming a member of AIM Ireland means "supporting those who support the artists."
The Irish Association of Independent Music (AIM Ireland) has announced that Spotify UK and Ireland, IMRO, Dublin Vinyl, Trigr, TikTok and Three Ireland have signed on for its launch of 'Friends Of' programme. Friends of AIM Ireland are businesses that would like to connect with, support, and do business with the Irish independent music community.
AIM Ireland is a not-for-profit organisation founded to support the growth of Ireland's independent music industry. Their mission is "to promote growth, awareness, and opportunities for the independent music industry at a national and international level."
Friends of AIM Ireland range from large global partners to small local businesses. All of the businesses involved have committed to doing business in "sustainable, mutually-beneficial ways with the entrepreneur of the independent music sector." Becoming a member of AIM Ireland means "supporting those who support the artists."
Gill Dooley, CEO of AIM Ireland says, "We are really excited to see these partnerships result in real life opportunities and learnings for our members. AIM Ireland is very proud to be in a position to champion the Irish indies, and to have local support from Three Ireland, IMRO, Trigr and Dublin Vinyl is invaluable.”
