Returning this June is the Tradition Now series presented by the National Concert Hall, featuring acts like A Lazarus Soul, Eoghan Ó Ceannabháin, Steve Cooney, Landless, and more.
Presented by the National Concert Hall and the Arts Council, the summer edition of the Tradition Now festival returns on June 10th and June 11th.
Included among the acts for the festival is the Dublin folk band A Lazarus Soul. Their first headline show since going on a 15-month hiatus, the band, made up of Julie Bienvenu, Joe Chester, Anton Hegarty and Brian Brannigan, will play Tradition Now's main stage at 7:30 PM on June 10th.
Also playing June 10th is Eoghan Ó Ceannabháin, the UK folklore collective Hacks-Poet Guild, and Landless.
The second day of the festival will include a celebration of the living tradition, performed in association with the Irish Traditional Music Archive. Taking place on the main stage, Reflecting Migrations will see several acts perform.
Featured among Reflecting Migrations' set is guitarist Steve Cooney, RTÉ Folk Award Best Folk Group nominees Navá, Moxie, the flautist John Blake, Ye Vagabonds' Brían MacGloinn & American fiddler Jesse Smith, the travelling musician Thomas McCarthy, and the Irish speaker, poet and sean nós dancer, Cuthbert Tura Arutura.

Additionally, the RTÉ Choice Music Prize nominated Maija Sofia, the violinist Aoife Ní Bhríain, the Welsh harpist Catrin Finch, and the West Kerry singer and accordion player Méabh Ní Bheaglaoich will also perform on June 11th.
Other acts for Tradition Now include Kseniya Rusnak, Esosa Ighodoro and more.
Tickets go on sale today, starting at €25, and permit access to all Tradition Now concerts of the date purchased.
