As part of its annual Black Bush Stories initiative, Bushmills Irish Whiskey is delighted to turn the spotlight on Gráinne Mullins, a former Eurotoques Young Chef of the Year who launched Grá Chocolates during lockdown from her parents’ kitchen, and has made it on to the prestigious Forbes European 30 Under 30 list.

Gráinne uses ethically sourced Valrhona Chocolate, Casar Luker cocoa and fresh Irish cream and butter to create what she rightly calls her “edible art.”
