Gal Gadot tells Roe McDermott all about playing the iconic character in the most recent issue of Hot Press.
"We should all be feminists," Gal Gadot tells Hot Press in the latest issue. "Feminism is all about choice and freedom and equality, and this is something that Wonder Woman represents."
To transform into a comic book hero, Gadot trained for six months, gaining expertise in horseback riding, sword fighting, and martial arts. She's no stranger any of this, however, as she's been a combat trainer in the Israeli army. The action sequences for Wonder Woman were a little different though, embodying a more feminine strength. "It wasn't masculine at all- it was something completely different and unique."
