The Irish troubadour has played the keyboard for the likes of Ailbhe Reddy in his down time, but Keith Margo is finally ready to go it alone with an infectiously catchy debut.
Irish singer-songwriter Keith Margo has released his rousing debut single after years of playing keyboard and performing alongside fellow musicians in the industry.
'Rock N Rolla' was written, performed, produced, mixed and mastered by Keith Margo, featuring Colm Quearney playing bass, lead guitars and philicordia.
The track brings together a wailing guitar solo, wild bassline and a 'Sympathy For The Devil'-style conclusion to keep the listener gripped throughout.
The influence of numerous guitar heroes can be heard on the track, which follows the shattered illusion of what rock star fame entails: "The grass is greener on the other side".
After years of touring with other artists and singing to the tune of other people’s songs, Margo wrote brand new single 'Rock N Rolla' to express his need for independence.

Margo absorbed all manner of the arts in the past; from the paintings of Goya, Rimbaud’s poetry, all the way up to Ziggy Stardust and beyond. He draws from these bohemians, giving his new single a timeless feel.
The only way is up for the singer-songwriter/producer talent, watch this space for 2021/22!
