Celebrated producer Michael Mormecha worked with acclaimed musician George Hutton on the new alt-pop project, which sees the gifted vocalist move in a different direction to his usual style of muscular ballads.
Following his March 2022 debut single under the new moniker of Shoresheh, 'Some Kind of Noise', the artist (George Hutton) is back with a new track.
'Safe and Sound' is a piano track at its finest, full of raw vulnerability and warm vocal strength.
With a poignant message at its core, the single feels even more powerful following the past two years of strained connections, separation from loved ones and grief at the loss of family or friends.
"I wrote this song as a reminder to never again take for granted those we love and to always look out for those we care for," Shoresheh tells Hot Press. "The song was recorded and produced at Tree Song Studios in Hillsborough with producers Michael Mormecha and Daniel Trouton."
