Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross will Score Patriots Day Film

Patriots Day is the latest movie that Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross will compose for. They’ve previously worked on The Social Network, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, and Gone Girl, for which they won critical acclaim. Patriots Day will be their first film collaboration for a movie not directed by David Fincher.

The film follows the terrorist manhunt beget by the infamous 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. The director, Peter Berg, is best known for his American football drama, Friday Night Lights. The film will have a limited release 21 December, before its wide release 13 January, 2017.
