Season four of the acclaimed period-crime series kicks off tonight with a few familiar faces from Love/Hate climbing on board.
Opening on Christmas Eve 1925, Tommy's newfound authority is dealt a major setback after he receives a letter threatening the Shelbys. Fleeing for his safety to Small Heath, Birmingham, both he and his family must next find a way of overcoming their own internal warring in order to stand together and fend off this impending danger.
With Love/Hate's David Caffrey directing the new season, while his former colleagues Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones) and Charlie Murphy ('71, Philomena) are due to appear, the new Peaky Blinders has also added to its all-star cast the Oscar-Award winning actor Adrian Brody (The Pianist, King Kong). Furthermore, the show's theme song 'Red Right Hand' by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds has been re-imagined by none other than Iggy Pop and Pulp's Jarvis Cocker, just in case all of that didn't seem like enough.
