Two Door Cinema Club are back with a brand new album Keep on Smiling dropping on September 2. The first single from the upcoming album titled 'Wonderful Life' is out now on all streaming platforms.

It's been a lengthy three year wait for fans of the band to see a new LP from the band, with a slight relief in their seven-song collection Lost Songs (Found) released in the midst of the pandemic.

However, if the quality of the first single is any indicator - it has definitely been worth the wait. There's an air of reminiscence of their much earlier work like 'Something Good Can Work' or 'What You Know', songs that really launched TDCC's career. The pure indie fun sound oozes throughout this track.

In a press release, the band acknowledges the change in the means of their musical production. Suddenly allowed a lot more time for creating music, the band adopted a much freer, more collaborative approach to the creative process.

TDCC wrote and produced this album both during and coming out of lock down, bringing Jacknife Lee (Bloc Party, The Killers, Taylor Swift) and Dan Grech Marguerat (Halsey, Lana Del Rey, George Ezra) on board for additional production.

To announce this new era of Two Door Cinema Club, the band have announced an EU and American tour kicking off later this year. Unfortunately, they haven't included any Irish dates thus far - but fingers crossed we may see them add additional dates.
