"We have a second bunch of songs to come if you want to hear more," the group wrote to their social media, following the success of AIsis.
UK indie band Breezer just released AIsis - The Lost Tapes– the aptly titled and AI bolstered– concept album which envisions what brit-pop band Oasis would sound like if they were still making music today.
The group wrote every song on the eight-track record, then superimposed an AI generated version of Liam Gallagher's voice on top.
“We just got bored waiting for Oasis to re-form,” Breezer frontman Bobby Geraghty told The Guardian, tired of the public disputes between Oasis' leading brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher.
"All we have now is Liam and his brother trying to outdo each other," he remarked. "But that isn’t Oasis. So we got an AI-modelled Liam to step in on some tunes that were originally written for a short-lived but much-loved band called Breezer.”
The record was created amidst the 2021 lockdown and originally attributed to Oasis, billed as a lost tape produced by the group's classic 1995-97 lineup, drummer Jon Claire confirmed. The group eventually decided to claim the music as their own, however, but have kept "The Lost Tapes" title.
Breezer have been together for over ten years now, but have only a short discography to show for it, writing a few songs in 2013 without much traction.

"Over lockdown, we thought we should try to do something with them," said lyricist and guitarist Chris Woodgates toward the 2013 tracks. "So we released a couple of songs... that got a bit of traction, but it soon petered out. Then Bobby had the mad idea to stick in Liam as the singer.”
The Lost Tapes / Vol.1, have received rave reviews thus far, likely attributed to the tape's uncanny resemblance to the Oasis's real discography. The 33 minute video has already accumulated nearly ten thousand views.
"We love how some of these have turned out," wrote the band in the video's caption. "We have a 2nd bunch of songs to come if you want to hear more, please let us know in the comments."
