Indian comedian and Bollywood star Vir Das has announced his worldwide The Loved Tour, including a stop at Dublin's Liberty Hall Theatre on November 28.

The comedian shot to worldwide attention with his stand-up special on Netflix, Abroad Understanding. Debuting in 2017 to critical acclaim, the Netflix Original resulted in a special deal with the streaming platform, making them the exclusive distributor of his stand-up work.

Vir can most recently be seen in the ABC spy dramedy Whiskey Cavalier opposite Scott Foley and Lauren Cohen. He is also shooting an unscripted series for Amazon.

Through his various tours, including The History of Comedy and Battle of the Sexes, he has sold over half a million tickets as a stand up, and has become the most popular English-speaking comedian in India.
