Watch: First Teaser for Neflix's Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events

Actually, that's Patrick Warburton playing Lemony Snicket, the nom de plume of Daniel Handler, who is the narrator and author of A Series of Unfortunate Events, respectively. The Netflix adaptation of the popular children's book series has been in the works for a while.

You may remember the movie based on the novels. While mostly well received, it barely made more than its budget. Now, the series is being given a second chance with television, a format that seems more suitable.

Catch the show, which will debut in its entirety on Netflix 13 January 2017.
