Cleese decided to remind his fans in humourous fashion, that he was still alive by launching the Youtube Channel. He introduced himself to a wave of new fans saying "hello, I'm John Cleese. I'm famous for complaining about parrots and reciting Russian in the nude."

Using the same acerbic wit that endeared him to millions of fans, Cleese's Youtube sketches poke fun at just about everything. So far he's posted videos slating the Church of JC Capitalist and a retired African colonel.

In his most recent sketch, he brings back his Monty Python character Anne Elk - procrastinating and detail-obsessed theorist you will ever have the pleasure of meeting.

That's not all - Cleese is also having fun posting videos of cats whenever the opportunity arrives. We can't possibly imagine what he's going to put up next but we're looking forward to it.
