The trailer for Bridgerton is finally here – featuring Derry Girls actress Nicola Coughlan. The period drama series lands on Netflix on Christmas Day.

Inspired by Julia Quinn's bestselling novels, the series follows Daphne Bridgerton, the eldest daughter of the powerful Bridgerton family as she makes her debut onto Regency London’s competitive marriage market. The series was created by Chris Van Dusen and produced by Shonda Rhimes.

Irish actress Nicola Coughlan, who plays Penelope Featherington in Bridgerton, also features in the new Hot Press Annual 2021 – out today.
