The popular open world Western game gets a cinematic teaser.
Rockstar recently announced that their next game is the long speculated sequel to Red Dead Redemption. Set in the Wild West at the turn of the twentieth century, it told a dramatic story of loss and endpoints as modern life slowly overtook the old ways of the west. It was a major hit, and fans have long awaited for Rockstar to return to the setting.
The new trailer shows precious little. There's no gameplay, only cinematics of the new setting and some dudes who may or may not be in the final game. But with the game's release a year away, this is probably all Rockstar needs.
The hit game company is best known for its controversial, yet acclaimed Grand Theft Auto series, which places you in the shoes of hardened criminals.
