The Star Wars actor and Olivia Wilde (Vinyl) star in the romantic drama from the creator of This is Us
The trailer for Life Itself, the second feature film from This is Us creator Dan Fogelman is out, one which should attract fans of the hit US romance drama.
Oscar Isaac and Olivia Wilde play New Yorkers who fall madly in love with each other, whose story - probably through a similar narrative device to This is Us' unconventional timeline - is connected to a parallel story set in Spain.
The synopsis from distributors Amazon posted on Youtube reads: "As a young New York couple goes from college romance to marriage and the birth of their first child, the unexpected twists of their journey create reverberations that echo over continents and through lifetimes."
The multiple story-lines and characters mean Life Itself has a stacked cast including Antonio Banderas, Annette Bening, Mandy Patinkin, Olivia Cooke and Samuel L. Jackson.
Speaking of Jackson, watch out in the trailer for Isaac and Wilde's characters at a costume party dressed as John Travolta and Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction.
