WATCH:Harry Styles and other young actors discuss working on Christopher's Nolan's Dunkirk
The former One-Direction star describes the director as someone who "leads by example"
Christopher Nolan's hotly anticipated War epic Dunkirkisn't slated for release until July 21, but this hasn't stopped Warner Bros. from releasing this taster video.
In a new roundtable featurette, Harry Styles and fellow actors Fionn Whitehead, Tom Glynn Carney and Jack Lowden describes their experiences of working on what sounds like a visceral shoot with the visionary director.
True to Nolan's form, there's a sense that relatively little computer generated imagery was used in the creation of the film's massive set pieces. The talk of huge sets, real warships, spitfires and thousands of extras is what one might expect from a Chris nolan vehicle.
Fionn Whitehead recently told Digital Spy that the hysteria around Styles has been a "bit silly" and that "the focus should be on the piece in general or his ability to act. And he's great"
Dunkirk's ensemble cast also includes Ireland's own Cillian Murphy, Bridge of Spies's Mark Rylance and frequent Nolan collaborator Tom Hardy.
Harry Styles will perform in the 3 Arena on the April 16 2018.
