In the face of coronavirus restrictions and live event cancellations, thousands of musicians and concertgoers across the country have been left disappointed. That's why we're delighted to launch the Hot Press Sessions – bringing you live performances of your favourite Irish artists from the safety and comfort of your home.
Throughout the series, our star-studded line-up will be taking over the Hot Press Instagram account (@hotpressmagazine), and live-streaming performances directly to you.

ZASKA's debut album, It Takes A Village, was released to critical acclaim in 2019, and was described by Hot Press's Edwin McFee as "a one-of-a-kind creation". Over the years, the revolving roster of his supergroup has included Hozier, as well as members of Wyvern Lingo, Soda Blonde and BARQ.
We encourage everyone who enjoys ZASKA's acoustic performance this evening to support him through this extremely difficult time for musicians by buying either his digital album or pink vinyl record from Bandcamp.
Watch ZASKA's set, which will also feature Dublin singer-songwriter Carly Coonagh, at 19.30 GMT tonight, March 18 – live from the Hot Press Instagram.
