CIllian Murphy takes home the Lead Actor award while Agnes O’Casey wins Lead Actress and KIN sweeps up five awards including Best Drama.
The 2024 Irish Film and Television Awards (IFTA) were hosted in Dublin on Saturday. The list of winners includes Cork-raised, Oscar-winning actor Cillian Murphy, who swept another award for Lead Actor in Oppenheimer, marking his fourth IFTA win.
Other winners include Paul Mescal for Supporting Actor in All of Us Strangers, marking his third IFTA. Agnes O'Casey for Lead Actress in Lies We Tell and Alison Oliver for Supporting Actress in Saltburn. The Original Music award was swept by Neil Hannon and the film LOLA

The TV series KIN is the big winner of this year’s IFTAs, picking up five awards including Best Drama, Director (Drama) for Kate Dolan, Script (Drama) for Peter McKenna, Lead Actress (Drama) for Clare Dunne and Supporting Actress (Drama) for Mary Doyle Kennedy.
