The Hollywood actress and her family recently made a visit to the SOUP 2 restaurant in Smithfield.
Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker delighted the staff of SOUP 2 in Dublin during a recent visit to the restaurant with her family.
The Hollywood star and her family have been traveling around Ireland for their holiday while staying at her husband Matthew Broderick's home in Donegal. The Parker-Broderick clan recently chose ramen restaurant SOUP 2 as their dining destination while visiting the city.
According to owner Conor Hughes, SJP was one of the nicest customers the restaurant has had in a long time. In a statement to HELLO!, Hughes said that the actress "noticed we were super busy, asked if I was short-staffed, and jokingly offered to help in the kitchen, as I was cooking and running food."
Although Hughes did not take her up on the offer, the staff of SOUP 2 has happy to host SJP and her family for a meal. Hughes even sent over an extra plate of salmon sashimi to complete the family's order, which was met with delight and gratitude. Parker explained to Conor that she had spent "ages reading reviews" and chose SOUP 2 as the family's last meal before departing Ireland because they "seemed awesome."

Many fellow customers came up to the famous family during their meal, but Hughes noted that both Parker and Broderick were "happy to converse with anyone and everyone."
Before heading back to the hotel, SJP even gave Conor a hug to thank him for the meal. "She seemed to know a lot about our business, and clearly had done her due diligence," Conor added while talking about his experience with the actress.
Parker and Broderick along with their three children are no strangers to the area, coming to Ireland for years to visit Broderick's Donegal escape. Locals have spotted the family in different Irish shops and restaurants throughout the years as SJP returns for holiday.
