Listen to the 'fresh new playlist from Cillian' below.
Cillian Murphy is continuing his series of seasonal playlists with a brand new instalment: Spring Session.
The playlist, curated by the Academy Award-winning actor, was shared by Big Things Films – the independent production company Cillian founded alongside Irish film and television producer Alan Moloney. Their projects include 2024's award-winning Small Things Like These, and the upcoming film Steve, an adaptation of Max Porter's Shy, starring Cillian and Jay Lycurgo.
"We made it – it’s officially spring!" Big Things Films' post on social media reads. "It’s beginning to bloom here at Big Things, so here’s a fresh new playlist from Cillian to bring in the brighter days..."

The Spring Session features the track 'Love Of Country' from Dublin-formed band The Murder Capital's acclaimed new album Blindness – alongside songs from the likes of The Velvet Underground, Tom Waits, Mahalia Jackson, John Martyn, Sam Fender, Bob Marley & The Wailers, The Beach Boys and more.

Big Things Films have previously shared other Cillian Murphy-curated playlists on Spotify, including Love & Heartbreak, Winter Session, Autumn Session, and Summer Session.
In his younger years, Cillian fronted the Cork band Sons of Mr Green Genes – and, as he previously told Hot Press, he remains "obsessed with music". He has also shared some of his favourite songs as part of Cillian Murphy's Limited Edition on BBC Radio 6 Music.
