Dubliner Barry Keoghan appears as the Joker in a deleted scene, since released by director Matt Reeves. Warning: spoilers ahead.
The Batman director Matt Reeves has released a previously unseen scene in which Robert Pattinson’s masked hero meets Barry Keoghan’s Joker.
The movie's post-credits scene revealed a link to the website rataalada.com, where fans could try to solve the game’s ongoing ARG. The scene is available to viewers through the same website, which can be unlocked by answering three riddles.
In the original version of the film, Joker appears only towards the end in a brief meeting with the recently captured Riddler.
However, the new footage shows Batman visiting him at Arkham State Hospital, hoping to discover further information about the serial killer plaguing the city with murders and clues.
“Almost our anniversary, isn’t it?” Joker tells Batman in the scene.

Batman pushes the villain to speculate about Riddler’s motivations and why he is leaving notes for Batman at the site of his killings. Of course, all he gets from the Joker is a laugh, a taunt, and a very haunting smile.
We don’t get a good look at the version of the Joker that actually appears in the movie, but this deleted scene shows off far more, and he looks in dire need of a pick me up.
Far more disfigured and scarred than other cinematic versions of the character, this one’s green hair is splotchy and only bits and pieces remain, while scars mark his face, and blood surrounds his smile.
It’s a much better — and creepier — look at the Joker than what we actually saw in the film’s final cut.
Honestly I am stuck for words but I am very very BLESSED to play this role after the AMAZING AMAZING Actors before me.
Here’s my version
