We racked our brains to compile a list of our favourite Disney Classics to celebrate their 100 years.
Tarzan - Phil Collins, 'Strangers Like Me'
Collins didn't have to go so hard for the Tarzan soundtrack but this song is an absolute classic.
The Lion King - Elton John, 'Can You Feel The Love Tonight'

Whether you're a Disney purist and prefer the movie soundtrack version performed by Kristle Edwards, Joseph Williams, Sally Dworsky, Nathan Lane, and Ernie Sabella, the original Elton John version or even the newest version performed by Beyoncé, Donald Glover, Billy Eichner and Seth Rogan, this track had to be on the list.
Hercules - Alan Menken and David Zippel, 'I Won't Say (I'm In Love)'
The Greek chorus? That catchy melody? Need I say anymore? This track from Hercules is a really fun one. Ariana Grande even covered the song back in 2020 for a 'Disney Family Singalong'.
The Aristocats - Al Rinker and Floyd Huddleston, 'Ev'rybody Wants To Be a Cat'
This jazzy little number never fails to bring back childhood memories. It's so fun and nostalgic, very fitting for the movie.
Mulan - Donny Osmond, 'I'll Make a Man Out Of You'
This track holds up really well after 25 years. As part of the film's "boot camp sequence" this empowering song was and still is a hit.

The Princess and The Frog - Anika Noni Rose, 'Almost There'
The New Orleans-style song had to be on this list. The catchy, uplifting track is a stand-out on the film's soundtrack. Anika Noni Rose's voice is perfect for a Disney Princess.
Toy Story - Randy Newman, 'You've Got a Friend in Me'
If you were a child in the 90s or 2000's then this song is the epitome of nostalgia. They even brought the tune back for Toy Story 4 in 2019 which brought back all the memories (and the tears).
The Little Mermaid - Pat Carroll, 'Poor Unfortunate Souls'

I'm sure when you think of The Little Mermaid you think of 'Part of Your World' which I understand, is such a beautiful song. Even the live-action version from Halle Bailey is absolutely stunning. However, something about Ursala's evil solo is just so catchy.
Tangled - Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi, 'I See The Light'
This track has to be the sweetest duet ever. The enemies-to-lovers trope is encapsulated in one song. It puts a lump in my throat every time I listen to it.
The Jungle Book - Bruce Reitherman and Phil Harris, 'The Bare Necessities'
This nostalgic tune had to have been part of everyone's childhood. So catchy. So Fun. So Disney.
