Aisling Bea is also set to feature in the Channel 4 programme, with An Cailín Ciúin’s Stephen Rennicks composing the score.
The first trailer for upcoming TV show Alice & Jack has been released, and stars Irish actor Domhnall Gleeson alongside Andrea Riseborough.
Created by Victor Levin (Mad Men), the series follows the story of a 16-year relationship between two “imperfect lovers".
"The only work I've wanted to watch and do since the pandemic is work about connection and love, and work with a sense of humour,” said Gleeson before an actors strike in the United States last year.
"Alice and Jack keep coming back to each other because they can't help themselves - they find in each other something that they don't have on their own,” he added.

"I think they're soulmates, I think it's bigger than just the two of them. Their story centres on connection and love in the most beautiful way and reminds us that we are always allowed to smile - even if it's through the tears."
There’s strong Irish representation in the series, with Aisling Bea featuring alongside Gleeson, with An Cailín Ciúin’s Stephen Rennicks also composing the score.
While an exact release date is yet to be announced, Channel 4 have revealed that the show will air later this year.
Elsewhere, Gleeson recently expanded his acting reach to music videos, starring in the film for Hozier's 'De Selby (Part 2)' last August, ahead of the singer's acclaimed album Unreal Unearth.
