Jesse Pinkman is on the run.
We finally got a trailer AND a release date for the Breaking Bad movie! Last year, news broke that creator Vince Gilligan is working on a feature film based on the hit series. However, details have been kept under wraps - until now.
On Saturday, Netflix blessed us not only with the first teaser trailer and a name for the project - El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. But they also announced a release date: The sequel will be out on October 11 on Netflix.
The first teaser trailer features Charles Baker aka Skinny Pete being investigated for the whereabouts of Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul). "I don't have a clue. But yo, even if I did, I wouldn't tell you. Because I've been watching the news same as everybody else. I've seen that little cage of his they kept him in. [...] No way I'm helping you people put Jesse Pinkman back inside a cage", he declares.

The little snippet suggests that the sequel movie will deal with Jesse's escape from captivity and what happened to him afterwards. Aaron Paul returns as Jesse, but it is yet unclear if Bryan Cranston will appear as Walter White, as the drug lord (seemingly) died in the series finale.
A few days ago fellow Breaking Bad actor Bob Odenkirk (Saul Goodman) revealed that the movie has already been shot, teasing: "I've heard so many different things about it, but I am excited about the Breaking Bad movie. I can't wait to see it."
