London singer-songwriter Freya Ridings is set to release her second album Blood Orange in the coming weeks.
Following the announcement that Ryan Tubridy will be leaving his hosting duties at The Late Late Show this May, the lineup for tomorrow night's show was eagerly awaited.
It certainly doesn't disappoint, with musical talent like 'Weekends' singer Freya Ridings and Louth's David Keenan on musical guest duties. The former, who will drop her new album Blood Orange in a few weeks following her hugely successful 2019 debut album and Hozier support slot, will perform disco-pop hit 'Weekends'. Poet and singer-songwriter David Keenan will sing his viral hit 'El Paso' from his CRUDE BOYO EP.
Elsewhere, members of the Grand Slam-winning Irish rugby team will join Ryan on the couch after their big win against England on St Patrick's Weekend. Player of the match Dan Sheehan, Josh van der Flier and Andrew Porter will fill him in on the days of celebrations that followed Saturday’s historic victory and why the night before the game was one of the most surreal experiences they’ve ever had as a team. Andrew will also be supporting Daffodil Day and the great work of the Irish Cancer Society.
As they celebrate the 100th episode of their hit podcast, I'm Grand Mam's PJ Kirby and Kevin Twomey will be on the couch to chat about how Paul Mescal begged to be on their show, Irish boys and their undying love for their mammies, and why they are fairly certain Michael Collins is a fan.

Laura DeBarra is back for The Late Late Big Repair Challenge - where five passion projects are carefully selected and unveiled on the show ahead of their restoration.
Alanna Quinn Idris, who was blinded in one eye after being attacked on December 30th, 2021, was initially listed as a guest on the show, but can no longer appear. Read her victim impact statement here, after one of her 19-year-old attackers, Darragh Lyons (Weir View, Glenaulin, Chapelizod, Dublin 20) was sentenced to four years in prison today.
“Life as I knew it came to an abrupt end. I will never be the woman I was supposed to be – she died that night. Sometimes I wish I never woke up from when I was hit with that object.”
The court heard that Ms Quinn Idris was knocked unconscious after she was hit in the side of the face with the saddle of an electric scooter.
Lyons did not wield any weapon in the attack but he punched Ms Quinn Idris on the side of her face and was also involved in punching and kicking her friend, Louis O’Sullivan. Ms Quinn Idris has since had numerous reconstructive surgeries to her right eye socket and a bone graft taken from her hip. She has lost vision permanently in one eye and is likely to need a prosthetic replacement, according to a medical report submitted to court.
