Kristen Bell reprises her role as narrator in HBO Max's 'Gossip Girl' reboot, which has a star-studded soundtrack for its series premiere.
The first episode of the HBO Max Gossip Girl reboot was released today, July 8, and along with it came a star-studded soundtrack, featuring artists like Frank Ocean and Billie Eilish.
In an Instagram post, Robert Lowry, the music supervisor for the Gossip Girl reboot, shared the list of songs featured in the series premiere. 'All My Girls Like To Fight' by Hope Tala is the first song mentioned, and others like 'Super Rich Kids' by Frank Ocean, 'Positions' by Ariana Grande, and 'Therefore I Am' by Billie Eilish follow. Vanessa Carlton, singer of hit song 'A Thousand Miles,' also makes an appearance with song 'I Can't Stay the Same.'
The reboot follows the next generation of Manhattan's Upper East Side private school students, continuing the story that was started in the original 2007 Gossip Girl CW series. New episodes will be released on a weekly basis.
