Since its release in 2022, The Banshees of Inisherin has been nominated for nine Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Director, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Supporting Actress. Sadly, they missed out last night.
At the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, Irish actors from The Banshees of Inisherin sadly missed out in every category.
Kerry Condon, Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson and Barry Keoghan were nominated for their roles in the award-winning film, but Everything Everywhere All at Once was the night's big winner.
Success at the SAG Awards is considered an important step towards winning at the Academy Awards. As a result, the cast of the science fiction adventure Everything Everywhere All at Once are thrilled about the numerous awards they've received.
