Jennifer Zamparelli Confirmed as New Co-Host of Dancing With The Stars Alongside Nicky Byrne
Irish comedian and presenter Jennifer Zamparelli has been confirmed as the new co-host for the third year of RTÉ One's dancing competition.
This morning RTÉ confirmed that Jennifer will be joining fellow 2FM host and Westlife band member Nicky Byrne for the show's third season which will return in January with contestants due to be announced in the coming weeks. Jennifer will replace Amanda Byram who presented Dancing With The Stars since it's launch on the 8th January 2017. In August Byram confirmed she would not be returning for the third season citing professional and personal commitments in London and L.A.
Following the announcement, the Breakfast Republic presenter and Bridget and Eamon star said,"I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the Dancing with the Stars team. I was lucky enough to witness the live production first-hand last year when I sat in the audience supporting Bernard O’Shea and I was genuinely so impressed by the overall scale of the show. I can’t wait to get my glam on and start entertaining the nation on Sunday nights and who better to do it with than the fabulous Nicky Byrne."
Jennifer took to social media this morning to post with "new telly husband" Nicky Byrne about the news.

"Most people will know Jennifer from 2fm’s Breakfast Republic or as the formidable Bridget from Bridget and Eamonn, but we’re really looking forward to seeing Jennifer bring her much loved and unique style to the show in the New Year.’
Moreover, Larry Bass, Executive Producer took the opportunity to say, "We’re big fans of Jennifer’s work and we can’t wait to work with her and Nicky on another exciting new series of Dancing with the Stars in January."
