Show Me The Picture: The Story of Jim Marshall will hit Irish cinemas on January 31. The documentary paints a portrait of iconic music photographer Jim Marshall.

Marshall immortalized the tumultuous moments of rock and roll throughout the 60's and 70's. He captured the cornerstones of the time including Woodstock, civil rights protests, the Beatles, and even Jimi Hendrix setting his guitar on fire on stage. The photographer passed away in 2010, leaving behind a body of work that also included more than 500 album covers. His work is still celebrated to this day, with Marshall being the first and only photographer to be presented with the Recording Academy's Trustee Award.

Alfred George Bailey, director and cinematographer who has worked with musicians for over 25 years, shot the film on Marshall's original Leica lenses. Famed U2 photographer Anton Corbijn will offer commentary along with the likes of Graham Nash, John Carter Cash, Michael Douglas and more.
