Kevin McGahern brings his Solo Pollo tour across Ireland

RTÉ's Republic of Telly star is embarking on a new tour across Ireland.

Kevin McGahern's Sollo Pollo Tour promises a mix of traditional stand-up, character-based comedy and funny songs. In the routine the Cavan native will discuss his first year of marriage, avoiding getting shot in America, how to get away with drunk driving and how to survive a terrorist attack.

Best known as the host of Republic of Telly, Kevin McGahern’s America and Sim Card in RTE’s Hardy Bucks,

McGahern has performed in a number of festivals including the Vodafone Comedy Festival, Galway Comedy Carnival, Body and Soul, Electric Picnic, Forbidden Fruit and at the Edinburgh Fringe. He is also a regular at the Laughter Lounge and a number of comedy clubs around Ireland.
