The film also won Best British Independent Film and Best Debut Screenwriter for Rich Peppiatt at this years’ BIFA.
It’s shaping up to be an exciting awards season for Irish film, with Kneecap continually picking up awards and nominations across the world, the latest being their Critics Choice nod.
