The special livestream is in celebration of Bob Dylan’s 80th birthday.
Other Voices have added a number of new stars to the ‘Dignity’ line up which will take place at 8pm on the 24th of May.
The livestream will be in celebration of Bob Dylan’s 80th birthday, and was curated by Other Voices and the U.S embassy Dublin’s Creative Minds. The event will include poetry, songs and collaborations to honour Dylan’s music and social impact.
Among the confirmed acts are Lisa Hannigan, Cinder Well, FeliSpeaks, Peter Broderick, Brigid Mae Power, Mick Flannery, Susan O’Neill, Joseph O’Connor and Loah, who will also host the livestream.
The event, named after one of Dylan’s songs, will take place at the U.S Ambassador’s Residence in Phoenix Park where the artists will perform various Dylan tracks. The event can be streamed for free from Other Voices’ YouTube channel and Facebook page as well as at RTE.ie.
The event will also introduce the ‘Dignity’ initiative by the Embassy which promotes diversity, inclusion and equality.
