An event not to be missed - music, film and whiskey tasting, and all Irish.
Snow Water, Tourism Ireland and Bushmills have joined forces to celebrate all things music, literature and film in Northern Ireland. The mini festival series will take the coast of NI in January 2019, with events in Whitehead, Cushendall, Ballycastle, Rathlin and Portrush.
The festival kicks off in Anchor Bar, Newcastle on Saturday 26th January. The first event will showcase singer-songwriter and producer Matt McGinn, alongside pianist John McCullough. The Mourne Moutains native brings an endearing rasping voice to his sound. McGinn released his third studio album in 2018 The End of the Common Man, watch the video below of his live performance.
Derry's punk rock band The Wood Burning Savages will also take to the stage. The NI Music Awards winners scooped up Best Live Act and Best Album of 2018 for their debut album Stability. Watch the official video for 'I Don't Know Why I Do It To Myself' below to get a feel for their gritty sound.
