A brand new 15-track Motörhead live album is set to capture the three-piece metal outfit – Lemmy Kilmister, Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee – at the Berlin Velodrom in 2012.

Titled Louder Than Noise...Live in Berlin, the release is slated to arrive on April 23rd on CD/DVD, vinyl, and digital formats.

The 15-song set rips through the signature moments of Motörhead large song catalogue, highlighted by hits like 'Ace of Spades' and 'The Chase Is Better Than the Catch'.

On December 5th, 2012, Motörhead were in the middle of their 'Kings of the Road' tour to support their 2010 album The Wörld Is Yours. Formed in England in 1975, Kilmister was the sole constant member.

The show was also the last date of a European run with Anthrax, with members of the group joining Motörhead on stage for the set's final song, 'Overkill'.

Thankfully, the Berlin show was not only captured in audio form, but also on video by Herwig Meyszner - who previously shot concert films for Saxon, Exodus, and Kreator.

The multi-camera film captures every moment of the performance, making it one of the most complete visual documents of latter-era Motörhead in the live setting. Described as ​“a crowning, definitive statement as to the power the trio had long held”, the project is set to be groundbreaking.

The late Lemmy Kilmister died at age 70 from prostate cancer, cardiac arrthymia and heart failure on December 28, 2015. A feature length biopic on the musician is set to be in the works, directed by Greg Olliver.

He remained committed to Motörhead up until his death, playing the band’s now-final show just three weeks prior to his passing.
