Netflix have released a new trailer for David Yates-directed crime drama Pain Hustlers.
The film follows blue-collar single mom Liza Drake (Emily Blunt) as she is roped into a dubious racketeering scheme by pharmaceutical sales Rep Pete Brenner (Chris Evans). Making huge economic profits, Liza encounters internal conflict when the ethical repercussions of her decisions backfire; coming to face with the devastation she has helped bring about...
A sharp and revealing look at what some people do out of desperation and others do out of greed, Pain Hustlers is a striking portrait of American greed.
Directed by BAFTA winner Yates from a screenplay by Well Tower, Pain Hustlers is adapted from the book of the same name by Evan Hughes. The film also stars Catherine O'Hara (Home Alone), Jay Duplass (Transparent) and Brian d’Arcy James (13 Reasons Why).
Director David Yates' previous efforts include the final four films in the Harry Potter franchise and BAFTA-lauded two-part drama series, Sex Traffic.
